Double aim to change the look & feel of the old My Yoigo customer portal, while using the latest technology.
The project started the previous Yoigo customer portal, designed with a classic style too sober and less in line with the philosophy of the company.
How do we carry out the solution?
We developed a new website offering a new design with a more pleasing visual appearance and attractiveness to customers of Yoigo.
The pages and the user interface were developed with HTML5 and Sencha Manufacturer frontend technology. The backend of the application is implemented with JEE technology, connecting to a new layer of services for all business information.
The architecture was designed to decouple the modules developed in the backend frontend layer.
What have we achieved?
With this new version of the portal, Yoigo offers local customer channel refurbished and attractive to use, thus promoting online channels that favor a reduction in costs for calls received at the call center.
It also conveys an image of innovation aligned with the dynamism of the company.
